Fishers is run by Simon and Jane Harrison and their family. Simon and Jane took over the business in 1988 from Jane’s brother and his wife, who had run Fishers for the preceding 25 years.
Within five years of taking over, the Harrison family had transformed a well-established high street country shop into a destination store with a much-enhanced range - and a restaurant where customers could relax.
Naturally, the family maintained the store’s friendly, personal service, another reason why people come from all over to shop at Fishers.
