Beds of a Feather Ltd. is an owner-managed company based in County Wicklow, Ireland. Established in 2000 by Freda Kavanagh, the company developed and manufactured its own unique product range that introduced Ireland and the UK to the 'European Featherbed".

With continued growth and market demand, our product portfolio continues to expand and now provides clients with a variety of select feather and down filled products. In 2002, our manufacturing facility moved to Denmark and is proud to have also acquired exclusive distribution rights with Ringsted Dun A/S (Dykon A/S) for the Irish and UK markets. As a respected member of both the European Feather and Down Association (EFDA) and the International Down and Feather Bureau (IDFB), Ringsted Dun A/S is totally compliant with all rules and regulations that ensure the best in feather and down products.

Working closely with our suppliers, our combined knowledge and experience of feather and down allows us to promote the very best in natural fills that are deemed safe for allergy and asthma sufferers. Targeting your sleeping pleasure, not only do we offer a sumptuous choice of soft furnishings, our products are also Oeko-Tex 100/1000 and NOMITE certified.

We pride ourselves for employing a pleasant and helpful staff who have extensive training in the latest developments and technologies associated with the feather and down soft furnishings industry. Our showroom, newly located at Fishers, Newtownmountkennedy, County Wicklow, Ireland allows us to closely monitor consumer reaction and benchmark new products.
